Clean, trendy boutique hotel. Courteous, amicable staff, handy location just off right in the center next to restaurants, the Bistro and the centre of town. Also, close to the Loch. A such great stay for one night.

The Garrison delivered some good dining experiences. The bar area served a cracking range of local bites, and the homemade yogurt at breakfast was an absolute winner! Plus, the modern vibe and comfy room. The central location had us steps away from the action!
On the flip side, we had a right kerfuffle with parking-as advertised, but not a space in sight! A wee bit inconsiderate if you ask me.

The Garrison provided a warm and inviting atmosphere with its quirky decor. I loved the attention to detail, especially the welcome pack with coffee and treats. The location in the heart of Fort William made exploring easy. The breakfast selection was excellent and delicious. The accessible room had an awkward bathroom setup. The low sink was difficult to use, and the shower design led to water spilling everywhere. The ground floor room faced a busy staff route. Those issues dampened my experience a bit, but the comfortable beds made up for it.

Cozy, Cozy, Cozy
The warmth of the bed was so inviting after a long day of exploring, and I adored the little welcome tray with tea cakes and snacks. The bathroom had heated floors, a lovely touch of luxury. Plus, I could charge my phone hassle-free with the USB ports conveniently located by the bed, such a thoughtful detail!

The location was fantastic, making it easy to visit local attractions like the West Highland Museum. I was impressed with the room's cozy decor and the available free snacks, which added a nice touch to my stay. The breakfast was particularly good, with a sit-down service that felt more personalized than the usual buffet style.
